They certainly need more people that are able to work on the motor,"engine work" shouldn't be a limit. Aside from that yeah the level of content layout has been very good so we don't need to ruin that by having a lot of devs feel as they need to be publishing something.
What we desperately need is a dedicated service group, dedicated anti cheat team, a player mod group, more engine devs for both games, and whatever team is suppose to handle account security.
